Greece
We are using “door-to-door” service by ELTA courier for all deliveries in Greece.
The shipping cost for all Greece is 3€.
Free shipping on orders over 100€.
Payment on delivery has an additional cost of +1,50€.
We need 1-9 working days to prepare and send your order and 1-2 additional days to deliver it at
your doorstep.
International shipping
For the safety of our products we use the EMS or SPM delivery service. The shipping cost vary
depending on the location.

EU: 35€
Rest of Europe and the Mediterranean : 25€
U.S.A.: 40€ (SPM delivery)
Canada: 30€
Far and Middle East: 31€
Rest of the world: 36€
*Deliveries outside of the EU are subject to delays that may arise from customs clearance, product
restrictions and other local requirements for which our company is not responsible.
The shipping costs are calculated for parcels up to 0,50 kg. The costs may change depending on the
weight and the destination.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our business offers the possibility to exchange jewellery within 15 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying items included.
1. Returns & Exchanges for In-Store Purchases
You may visit our workshop to request an exchange or replacement of a product.
There is no obligation to issue a refund for items purchased in-store; however, a refund may be offered as a special case and upon agreement.
2. Returns & Exchanges for Online or Distance Purchases
According to applicable legislation, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days for a refund, unless the product is personalized or made to order.
The process is as follows:
You must return the product unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.
If the product is returned by post, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. In-Person Visit
If you are nearby, you are always welcome to visit our workshop for an immediate exchange or replacement.
